Thomas Yunger, MD received his BS in biology from the University of Cincinnati in 1990. He then received his MD from Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1995. His post-graduate training included the completion of his internal medicine residency at Ohio State University Medical Center in 1998. He then completed his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Ohio State University Medical Center in 2001, and he joined the OSU pulmonary and critical care faculty until coming to Dayton in 2003. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, critical care, and sleep medicine. He is co-director and co-founder of Sleep Specialists and Sleep Diagnostics of Dayton. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, and the American College of Physicians.
