Nicole is an advanced practice nurse (APRN) and a board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Nursing at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio and her Master of Nursing at Walden University. Prior to starting as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in medical/oncology and spent 6 years in Intensive care taking care of critically ill patients. She looks forward to combining her bedside nursing experiences with her knowledge of acute and chronic illnesses including sleep apnea, COPD, asthma, and pulmonary diseases including pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) among many other disease processes. From working in the hospital setting, she is proficient in procedural skills, critical situations and chronic management of these illnesses. She is accepting new patients and looks forward to developing patient centered care to evaluate and treat these conditions.
